Focuses on building muscle size, strength and endurance through resistance exercises. Using free weights, machines and body weight to isolate specific muscle groups.

  • Cognitive Strength Conditioning 

Combines physical strength training and movement with exercises that enhance balance, motor control, coordination & cognitive function. These types of exercises further stimulate brain function and mental well-being, which is crucial for maintaining neural efficiency, especially as we age. We use props, free weights, resistance bands and body weight in these sessions

Going on vacation, traveling for work, or you just prefer to work out at home, this is for you.

This can be done with body weight and bands - no special equipment needed.

Work out live your trainer on the go. I will take you through a customized workout while motivating you and making real-time adjustments to make sure you’re safe and maximizing your results.
